Tom's friends donated books to the Center Moriches Public Library in his memory. The graphic above is an image of the memorial page used in the library's display of the new books. In addition, a bookplate with Tom's name is placed on the first page of each book as a lasting memorial. These books were generously donated by Nan Peel and her husband, John; Martha Taylor, a longtime family friend; and Donna and Michael Macioce and their son, Rene. Tom lived with an unending thirst for knowledge, and this donation by his friends is a fitting tribute to his quest and an honor to his memory.
